This is a good charging hub, and it has on 3.0 fast charging port, but that is also the drawback - only ONE fast charging port. It is also a USB-A port. It has a USB-C port, but it is not a fast charging port.

The noise cancelling works fine. I prefer over ear headphones to earbuds, because earbuds always fall out while I am exercising.
