I have a Sonos Playbase which is awesome . I wanted Dolby Atmos, so Playbase in other room & the Arc is setup with my newer Dolby Atmos Tv. What a difference the Dolby Atmos makes . Sounds like I have speakers everywhere. I have this set up with the Sonos Sub and 2 rear Sonos SL speakers. Sounds are so realistic & awesome. I am very satisfied with all the Sonos products I own . Quality at its best. Just buy it already !!

I took the time to spend the past week with this speaker, trying it out in various settings. I have a home with several Sonos products. This little speaker is amazing for its size. I took it out by the pool & was amazed at the quality outside. Alexa works great from a distance. Also connects great Wifi or Bluetooth. You have to have your phone set to the same wifi as your Sonos soundbar & speakers for Airplay. A lot if people mentioning dropping in & out with airplay . The wifi setting was my solution . Everything is working great now. Loving it . Wish the battery had a longer life but it is not a deal breaker for me. Love Sonos products.

Zagg, the only screen protector for me. I paid $8 to have my salesman at bestbuy put it on. He did an excellent job. Lifetime warranty & bestbuy will replace free if it gets damaged. I was worried a bit as its not glass anymore though it sure feels like it . Hopefully wont have any phone accidents to screen to find out how it holds up. So far its excellent. Fingerprint scan & eye retina scan working great with this screen protector. Highly recommend .

I bought this soundbar for my new Sony bedroom tv . It sounds fantastic. Has a lot of bass, if you use the equalizer with the Sonos remote app on your phone. I am all about the bass. For the bedroom this soundbar is fantastic. I have the bigger more expensive Sonos one SL speakers , Playbase with Sub in my family room which is like being in a movie theater. Though i don't like the fact that Sonos aren't bluetooth the fantastic sound is worth the trade off. I went from Bose to Sonos. I would never go back to Bose. Love the sound. I highly recommend this Beam 2 for smaller rooms. Pricey but worth it. Need better instructions for setting them up . Took me over 3 hours to set them up . I purchased open box with no instructions. Found manual on line but was still a pain to set up for me !!

Very pleased with my new bedroom Sony Tv. I only buy Sony, they last a long time. My oldest Sony is 50" LCD, 15 years old and still working. So much better than Samsung. If you want quality, you have to pay more. My newer Sony Tv's have the better motion rate. Hardly notice the difference in motion rate. The picture quality on this Tv is outstanding, vibrant and the colors are beautiful. The Tv speakers sound good but I decided to add the Sonos Beam 2 for Dolby Atmos. I highly recommend this tv. Easy to set up.

Can this speaker be mounted to the TV. I have a Sony 43" Smart 4K TV (XBR43X800H). If yes, which brackets do you recommend?
I just purchased the same Sony tv as you. This Beam 2 sits perfectly under the middle of the tv . I love this whole setup . Perfect Sony picture with Sonos sound. The atmos dolby sounds pretty good for the Beam 2 being so compact. I dont think you can mount the soundbar to the tv.

What typical constitutes 'refurbishing'? Was there something physically, technically, or functionally wrong with the buds and that's why they were returned? As well, are the silicone earpieces replaced? I'd hope that we would not be getting opened ones.
Mine looked new . The cable was never used still wrapped as well as the different size silicone earpieces . They look & work as if I bought them new . I figure probably a Christmas gift someone returned for the $$ ! They sound great & a nice fit . I hope this helps you !
