Very Unsatisfied with this Nee Advantium Oven

The door fogs up when I’m making baked potatoes. The moisture is in between the glass panel on the door. I filed a complaint with GE and they sent a tech out and said it was normal. I believe it may leak radiation and wanted them to test it but they did not. Next step is to file a complaint with consumer protection dept. My last advantium did not do this. This is my second advantium oven but I’m so disappointed in GE Profile. They need to have their engineers fix this issue.

Delivery of new oven up to the 3rd floor or any level serviced by an elevator. Removal of all packaging. Install new oven to an existing electrical supply. Secure oven to cabinetry, and install all trim pieces and accessories included with the unit. Not included: additional parts, extensive labor/cabinet modifications, and permit charges.

I love the advantium oven! This is my 2nd advantium oven. You can microwave using the glass try, you can bake using the metal tray. You can defrost reheat, speed cook several foods like baked potatoes in 11 min..numerous easy directions and ways to cook. You will love it. I have the 120 volt but they do make a 240 volt. Be sure to measure and pick the correct one. I had to put a separate circuit in because it needed to be on a different circuit from my oven otherwise I could not use both at the same time .

I have a G E profile Advantium 120 microwave built in. Model SCB1001KSS. 01. It is going bad. Can you tell me what current model will fit into the opening. Thank you Gary
The same size 27” advantium fits in the opening. However beware before you buy. The new GE Profile Advantium 120 fogs up when you cook baked potatoes . I’ve had the oven replaced and the new one does the same thing. I filed a complaint with GE they came out and said it is normal. You can’t wipe the moisture off it is in between the panes of glass in the door . I suspected radiation leaking and they had no way to test they said. Next step is to file a complaint with the consumer protection dept. I previously had an advantium and loved it. It was purchased in 2008 and never did this. Beware before you spend your money. This is not normal.
