Very poor service

Why would Best Buy have me schedule installation of my TV when they did not have the wall mount ready for shipping. I had to reschedule installation 3 times because I could not get a time when the wall mount would be shipped, I ordered the mount again and did in store pick up, and was called the day of the second install and was told that they did not have people in the area to do the service. Had to make a third time and was told no was would be available until 12/30, having no choice since I could not cancel the order at this point. Finally got it all done and had to return the second mount to the store, I am very unhappy with the service and as a longtime customer I may be looking for other options.
