The ink and printer quality is good, but I set it to draft but it did not last as long as I expected based on the packaging. I was printing primarily text documents so I was a bit disappointed considering the cost of the cartridges.

Great print quality but the ink does not last long

I love the double sided printing feature and the quality of the printing, but the black and blue ink seems to have run out very quickly. The ink did not last even half of the estimated 500 sheets on the box. I am hoping it is because the ink was old (it came with the printer) and that the replacement ink I bought will last longer.

how do you load in ink cartriges
You change the ink by rotating up the scanner and then the print heads will come out. At that point you can pull the tab and rotate out the old cartridge and snap in the new one. There are instructions with the printer and you can also search on line for the owners manual with the instructions.
