Significant upgrade from Echo Show 5

I've decided to buy this instead of the new Echo Show 10 for several reasons:
-- On sale for $74.99
-- Echo Show 5 and 8 still have a 3.5mm jack while the new Echo Show didn't have this at all which was a deal breaker for me
-- The tracking motion on the new Echo Show 10 is relative new and has its own problems
-- Bigger screen than the Echo Show 5's screen
-- The new Echo Show 10 has the same screen size as Echo Show 8
-- Echo Show 8's features are more than enough to suit my needs

Another Great Chris Nolan Movie

I've watched this movie on cable TV other day ago, and I've got to say Chris Nolan managed to make another great movie. If you're not familiar with Chris Nolan's movies, you should definitely check out the Dark Knight Trilogy. Without spoiling too much about Tenet, you don't get much info about the plot in the beginning aside from the fact that the protagonist himself is going be on some wild mission to save the entire world from a certain future annihilation by going into the past literally. Don't try to think too hard when you watch this movie. I would say the plot is somewhat straight forward, but complex in a way that have more questions than answers you want.

A Solid Corsair PSU

I had the 750w version of this PSU last year for my old build when I bought the Nvidia RTX 2080 Super. No issues with that power supply. Then I decided to buy this PSU for my new build and for the sake of future proofing. If you have noticed the Nvidia RTX 3080 that have recently came out, its power requirement is 750w! For the extra dollars, it's something worth to consider if you plan on upgrading your video card in the near future.
I reused my video card from my old build and installed it in my new build along with this new PSU without any problems at all. Like the 750w version, this one is easy to install and is also fully modular meaning that you can pick and choose what cables you actually need for your build.

Pricey, but worth it for its quality and features

Normally, I wouldn't go past $200-300 spending on an motherboard since most motherboards give you all the features you typically need, but given what Best Buy currently has to offer on Asus motherboards, I decided to go with this one. It's definitely pricey, and you will notice the price increase from the previous iteration of this motherboard ($289.99 from Best Buy).
However, I don't regret my purchase. I paired it with the i9 10900k, Noctua DH-15 CPU cooler, 2x32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz ram, Nvidia RTX 2080 Super FE and two Samsung 860 EVO 1TB SSDs without any problems.
You're definitely paying for what you get. This motherboard has great aesthetic features and as always from ASUS, an amazing BIOS. When powered on, it has two RGB lighting - one near the I/O port area and one near the m.2 slots. It also has a nice red BIOs code on the top right corner of the motherboard. The manual will have a code reference that tell you what's going on with your motherboard. This motherboard also has 3 m.2 slots, 6 SATA 6GB ports, bluetooth features, 8 fan headers and many other nice features.
There are several things you need to keep in mind when going with this motherboard:
-According to the manual, if you use one of the m.2 slots, one or two certain certain SATA ports WILL be become unusable.
-The little fan that is in the package is not really needed at all if you've got a decent cooling setup. It is designed for VRM cooling, but again, it's not needed even tech YouTubers will say this.
-A couple of the fan headers are designated for AIO(liquid cooling). However, you can safely use these fan headers just for air cooling. The manual will also tell you the same thing.
-If you have a Thermaltake X71 TG case like mine, the preinstalled standoffs will not fit all the holes with this motherboard. You can only screw in 6 out of the 9 holes. The top part of the motherboard is the only area I haven't been able to screw in. After reading through online and consulting one of my IT friends, this is definitely safe to use as long you secure enough of the standoffs, tighten down the screws and NOT have the motherboard touch the metal part of the case.

Best Intel CPU they've got now

I had purchased this CPU for my new PC build. Goes great with my Asus Maximus XII Hero Z490 motherboard. It's quite overkill for gaming since there are other better options like an i7 10700k or one of AMD's Ryzen series, but I wanted something top of the line. If you're looking for Intel's current top of the line CPU, this is it.
Amazing performance, and if I want to, it's easy to OC through my Asus motherboard. I definitely noticed a huge performance leap from an i7 3770k from my old build to this CPU on my new build. Just be prepared to invest a decent cooling system since this CPU runs fairly hot plus there's no stock fan in this one. It's just a CPU in the box.
If you're going just for air cooling, invest in a Noctua NH-D15 CPU cooler along with some decent case fans. If you're going to do some heavy OC, invest liquid cooling system.

Originally, I was looking at some RGB RAM for my new build, but then I decided to go with this one since it was lower enough to fit under my Noctua NH-D15 CPU cooler. For 32GB RAM, it is all I need for the moment since all/or most games still utilizes 8-16GB RAM or lower at this point of time, but it's always a good idea to give your new build an little extra headroom for future proofing.
This RAM has got amazing speed, and goes great with my Asus Maximus XII Hero Z490 and i9 10900k. If you're looking for something simple, low profile and not caring about any RGB, then this is the RAM you want.

Great for storing game files

I've bought two of these SSDs in the past, and now I've bought more to use it for storing just game files from Steam and Uplay. I still have my other two SSDs working from last year up to now. You can't really go with these Samsung 860 EVO SSDs. They're a bit pricey, but definitely worth it considering that they have their own nice proprietary apps like Samsung Magician and Samsung Data Migration.

Brought life back to my 20 year old HP laptop

I had used this Samsung 860 EVO SSD 500GB to replace my aging 2.5 hard drive in my 20 year old HP laptop. It was very easy to replace it using my own adapter and Samsung's Data Migration app to clone the old hard drive in order to move all the stuff to the new SSD. I was very much pleased with it. Amazing little adapter
