I traded my Series 2 for an "excellent" open-box Series 4. I use my device primarily for medical purposes for continuous glucose monitoring with the Dexcom app. The 4 seems so much better connected to the app and my sensor than the 2 was. Had a great experience with customer support at the Best Buy Garner NC store. Happy with my decision to upgrade!

Purchase and installation were for my elderly parents--they were satisfied with the delivery as well as removal of their old appliance. The process scheduling the delivery/installation was as bad as I've ever experienced. I made numerous phone calls and several visits to the store (20 miles round trip). The phone system was horrible--voicemail for the Pacific Home desk and long holds when I called the store customer service line. Several of the young staff were kind and apologetic, but the Best Buy transition to a hub for delivery services was what management constantly blamed. Once delivery finally was scheduled, I was called the morning of the scheduled delivery and told delivery would not occur that day despite my elderly parents having emptied their refrigerator/freezer in anticipation of delivery (it was 95 degrees that day). While the Pacific Home appliance manager provided store gift cards for "future use" for the problems and waived the out-of-area delivery fee, those things were not much consolation to my elderly parents.
