I purchased these March of 2018 and they worked as expected for several months. These were $169... not cheap headphones.
I’ve had a few occasions that required to me contact customer support.
The first went smoothly where I had lost the left earbud and they sold me a replacement for $50. This was resolved in a week.

In November 2018 I had a second when the earbuds took an automatic update and the right (master) earbud completely lost the ability to produce sound. You can tell it connects but won’t actually work. I went through several troubleshooting steps with the support team and was told it needed to be replaced. I was sent to the warranty department and as they were only 8 months old they are under warranty. So after providing original receipt, several pictures of the headphones, etc. (several hoops that is do understand) I was approved for warranty replacement on November 20, 2018. Today is January 27, 2019. I’ve called and emailed repeatedly for updates.... I have yet to receive a replacement. High and dry for a little only three months at this point.
In summary, this company large enough to manufacture products and sell them in major retail chains has been unable to find a right earbud or a replacement pair in a little over 3 months! I can’t recommmend to anyone that they purchase this or any product from Jabra because in my experience they will work until the manufacture decides to kill them via an update forcing you into purchasing a new pair.

Resolution

Best Buy doesn’t appear to allow review edits so I’m posting the resolution as a comment. I called support again explaining in detail and instead of waiting for a single earbud to become available, Jabra sent me a new set. They arrived about a week after my call and they work perfectly. I returned the non-working pair completing the support ticket. This service ticket was painful overall but in the end Jabra did resolve the issue.
For me these earbuds sound great, connect easily and have long range and battery life. I use them for listening to music and books as well as phone calls daily.

Can I use Jabra Elite 65t to connect to TV bluetooth? If so, how do connect to TV? Thanks.
I have connected them to an android box and they work fine. They connect like most other Bluetooth items. Navigate to the Bluetooth screen on the device (TV, cell phone, android box,etc), set to pairing mode. Then hold down the main button while the earbuds and turning on. You will hear a voice prompt “pairing” and a new device will come up on the screen for you to select.
