We have had nothing but problems with this unit starting about a month after we got it. The unit makes an awful loud pitch humming noise that almost makes it hard to fall asleep. I reached out to Dyson more than once on this matter. From blogs and other things I have seen online, this is a common issue and when people have received their replacement device, it does the same thing. As of now, we have has this since Nov 2021 and no replacement is in our near future because there is no stock. Dyson keeps telling me there is nothing else that they can do! For almost $700 you would think you would get better service. Oh was I wrong. I will never spend a dime on another Dyson item. They are quite over rated and not worth the high price tag.
