I really like this charger, but you have to make sure and align your phone or watch correctly to make sure it is charging. This can be difficult in a dark room. There is an LED that lets you know when your in the right spot. After using it for a while I get it right quickly but it seams that a guide or lighter color could have been designed into this. They do sell a white one and that could help.
