The director Paul Feig is know for his wild and raunchy comedies like Heat, Spy, and Bridesmaids. Here, without Melissa McCarthy, he weaves a humorous mystery with lots of interesting plot twists. Check it out.

This is a worthy sequel to the 1st Equalizer. Denzel is a very human, and when necessary ruthless former spy Great action scenes and special FX. Looking forward to the next sequel.
What you can't see can hurt you. Emmy winner Elisabeth Moss (Us, Hulu's The Handmaid's Tale) stars in a terrifying modern tale of obsession inspired by Universal's classic monster character. Trapped in a violent, controlling relationship with a wealthy and brilliant scientist, Cecilia Kass (Moss) escapes in the dead of night and disappears into hiding, aided by her sister (Harriet Dyer, NBC's The InBetween), their childhood friend (Aldis Hodge, Straight Outta Compton) and his teenage daughter (Storm Reid, HBO's Euphoria). But when Cecilia's abusive ex (Oliver Jackson-Cohen, Netflix's The Haunting of Hill House) commits suicide and leaves her a generous portion of his vast fortune, Cecilia suspects his death was a hoax. As a series of eerie coincidences turns lethal, threatening the lives of those she loves, Cecilia's sanity begins to unravel as she desperately tries to prove that she is being hunted by someone nobody can see. Jason Blum, our current-day master of the horror genre, produces The Invisible Man for his Blumhouse Productions. The Invisible Man is written, directed and executive produced by Leigh Whannell, one of the original conceivers of the Saw franchise who most recently directed Upgrade and Insidious Chapter 3.

This is a great psychological drama as well as sci-fi. Amazing what it did on a relatively small budget. Is she crazy? Is he dead? Is someone pulling her strings? Watch the film and find out for yourself. It's worth it.

As always, the special effects make this film. This 3rd trilogy, beyond The Force Awakens, never really won me over. I find Disney+ The Mandolorian a far more gratifying cinematic event. The Rise of Skywalker ends the storyline just in the nick of time.

Greatly enjoyed this sequel to The Shining. Was not a fan of the Kubrick version. Dr. Sleep offers a great story line and interesting characters that honor Stephen King's original novel and sequel.

I'm not a huge fan of Ang Lee, the director of the 1st lame Hulk film. However, he tells an interesting story with great FX creating a young Will Smith. Lots of impressive action.

This sequel has enough scares and impressive FX to recommend, but the original IT miniseries broadcast on ABC in the 90's remains the most faithful to the book, even without the graphic horror scenes.
Dani Ramos (Natalia Reyes) didn't know why she was being hunted by a shape-shifting killing machine (Gabriel Luna) from the future. She just knew that her survival rested with time-tossed cyborg warrior Grace (Mackenzie Davis), veteran robot fighter Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton), and aging, assimilated T-800 InchCarlInch (Arnold Schwarzenegger). Always good to see Arnold in the role that made him famous. Linda Hamilton is long in the tooth in her reprisal of Sarah Conner. Despite the entertaining special FX and James Cameron's involvement, the Terminator series may have run its course.
