We lost time and money on this delivery. We took off from work to be home on delivery day. They were scheduled to arrive between Noon and four that afternoon. Bestbuy called at 12:10 to say our delivery was cancelled. We had to call and reschedule the delivery to another day. Even on that day they were scheduled to deliver in the afternoon. However they called at 10 am and said they were 10 minutes away. Talk about scrambling?!
Kind of makes one wonder what is the use of making an appointment when they show up when they want to?
After it was all said and done. BestBuy did give us a compensation, although it did not cover the day of lost wages.
