Tool is great. Works great for quick fixes. On the other hand, Best Buy as a company completely sucks. They gone down hill and continue to slide. I bought this on a daily deal for $24.99 and then a couple weeks later it was $19.99 and Best Buy would not match the price since I paid with a certificate. Not sure why that matters.
