So when this was delivered to my house it had a 4in dent in the side, apparently the drivers don't get to check the packages before they are loaded on their trucks.....
I let it go because it took 3 weeks to get to me due to COVID19 & my washer broke so I needed a washer.
Anyways, it does its job. The only thing I dont like about it is when it first starts up I guess it weights the load to determine how much water is necessary. In this process it basically pushes everything to one side in a ball & the load isn't spread evenly. IDK if it's just me but when its washing a quilt (which there is definitely enough space for) I pause the cycle before the water fills & fluff it back out then start the cycle back up.
Overall, I like it & it was pretty affordable. The settings are very simple & I like that it gives me a time on how long the load will take. The clear top scratches easily in case thats important to anyone.... I dont set things on it like I do my dryer.
