Purchased as a gift for senior. I had a hard time using myself. Not intuitive at all or I just forgot how to use early 2000's style handsets. Only plus is battery life and ergonomics.

Got this for my son after using a couple hand me down phones. Impressive screen and resolution, not buggy and most importantly, not loaded with tons of bloatware. Can use 2 sim cards. So cool and affordable my son's uncle got one for himself as a 2nd pre-paid line.
