Can’t handle large items

We bought this trying to get away from a front loader. We have three kids and we’re drawn to the large size. First load of clothes came out ok. Tried to wash our kids twin size quilt and it came out covered still covered in pet hair and fuzz. We tried several different cycles Toni avail. The agitation isn’t strong enough to turn the blanket over and it will not add enough water either. Even on deep water cycle.
Exchanged it for a front loader and couldn’t be happier.

Great machine! It is so much larger and quieter than the Samsung we were replacing. Plenty of cycles that are pretty quick time wise. It’s also really quiet.
Only suggestion would be to add a steam option that some of the similar priced units in this category have. We don’t really use the WiFi settings though.
