It’s a decent backpack

The Targus laptop backpack is okay. I was a little disappointed about the overall quality once I received it. It was part of a curbside pickup order and had I seen it in person at the store I definitely would not have purchased it. For what I paid for the backpack it’s not even worth the hassle of trying to return it.

This Philips Satinelle HP6401/50 epilator features an efficient epilation system that removes hairs from the root, so you can enjoy smooth, stubble-free skin. The efficiency cap keeps the epilator in an optimal position for easy hair removal.
Does it work on underarm area ?
The manual stated for leg use only. I’ll be honest I didn’t read the manual until after I used the epilator. I used it on my legs and underarm area and didn’t have any problems with it. I think it works great for both. I don’t have sensitive skin or adverse reactions to the epilator at all.
