I would like to have seen the screens in the ends of the hoses to prevent any debris from getting in to the washer or dryer.

My only fault on the installation is it took 4 weeks to be completed as the washer was on back order. Not really their fault but I have to point a finger at someone? Other than that it went well.

Second set of Samsung washer and dryer sets, with pedestals! Don't like leaning over to fill or unload and the pedestals are just right! Now I lean over once to get a dryer sheet and the rest is much easier!

This is the second time I have purchased Samsung washer dryer pair and I am very happy! My only complaint is this time they are on the main floor and it seems like we get a lot of vibration from the washer? Our last set was in the basement and they ran smoother and quieter on a SOLID floor, concrete! Will look into beefing up the underside of this floor and see how it goes?
