So far, no issues with the product. Installation was easy. Usability is fairly simple. Full disclosure, ive not fully set up all the fewtures and functions but i dont anticipate any issues with that. Does exactly what is expected. The ability to change the colors of the backlit screen is a cool feature, as well. Would recommend.

Can’t speak to the functionality, ended up returning before using. Picture on the box not what you receive. Connectors made of cheap looking plastic. Fit and finish not up to par for component at this price.

Good and Bad

I wanted to like this. However, it did not work for me. And thus the reason it was returned. The product works as described, sorta. When plugged into my older not as smart tv, it did not get the greatest connection with my homes WiFi sing along. Full disclosure, it was in the furthest room away from the router and the tv doesn’t get the greatest connection. Yet the Roku’s connection seemed to be worse. Not sure if that contributed to but the response when operating (utilizing the remote) was very sluggish. Can’t say if that had to do with the internet or the fact that there’s no line of sight on the usb stick that plugs into the back of your TVs hdmi port. I’d find myself frustrated because it couldn’t keep up with the speed of the buttons being pressed on the remote. Not a huge deal for either of these issues. Still resulted in connectivity to Netflix and all your other streaming platforms. But these little nuances were a hassle for me. There’s a model that has a little set top box which I’m sure works similar to an Apple TV that may beget better results. To each is own.
