Great hoses

My landland requires that tenants utilize this types of hoses over the rubber ones to avoid possible damage. Hence, no problems thus far. They do actually what they said they will and are quite affordable.

Good washing machine

My old washing Maytag machine, which I had for the past 14 years, recently died on me. Thus, I decided to purchase a new washer. After tons of research and talking to various individuals, I decided to purchase this particular GE washer.
It has an agitator, which I adore, because my old one did as well. Also, I love the fact that you can presoak your laundry, if you would like and has a number of different wash cycles. Moreover, it much quieter than my old washer.
Although it look a little time to get adjusted to (i.e. the machine will not fill with water until you close the lid, it takes a little longer to launder clothes, there are various water levels, depending on the size of your load, etc.), I do not regret my purchase. In fact, I plan on purchasing the matching dryer by the end of the year.
