I recently bought this for my ten year old grandson. This card contains some sort of a plastic code strip. Upon arriving home he excitedly attempted to "scratch off" this code number, such as one would do with a Lotto ticket. This process destroyed the card's access code.
I attempted to return the product to the local Best Buy where it was purchased, but was told that only PlayStation could rectify this situation.
