When I picked up my ne Ultra, the store had no call phone tech support people available. i have set up several in the past so i wasn't too worried. The manager gave me a tip to begin with when I got home and I was on my way. I still have work to do to put the files the way
I want then but I can use the main features. I had an old Galaxy Note 4 I used after my S20 Note 5g Ultra was stolen from a rest stop out of state on the way to my 50th high school reunion. I was able to do a side by side transfer on most of what I had on it but a few things I had to add manually. or not at all as some programs were old school. Verizon has an exact picture to the right of my purchased. Of the 3 new models, the ultra is the only one with the stylus pen.

My wife took in her phone to have the protective screen cover replaced as it was cracked in several places and has a lifetime warranty. The store was out of the product, so the Best Buy associate ordered a replacement and had it sent to our home. Once received, we took her phone in to have the new protective screen replaced.
Tonight, I found we were charged for the replacement cover. So much for warranted for life.
That make two issues we have had in one day. Very unusual as we rarely have problems with any products.

If you are in a city with local tv channels, you will get them PLUS digital channels.

Is this new? I am confused
No. It has been out for several years. I finally bought one recently after getting a 65" 4K TV. I think the original price started at $499.99. I love the better quality video and faster uploads and updates. I am sure the price will drop at least another $100 or more on Black Friday. I am not interested in the upcoming PS5, at least till it has the bugs worked out and the price drops. I see they will have a package deal soon for the PS4 PRO. Keep watching the PRO is available and grab it right away. I picked mine up one evening and got it by only seconds.
