I ordered this movie as I prefer to watch movies streaming on my 4K TV. I thought it was strange Digital Copy wasn't listed in the online specs. I just figured it was an error. Once it was delivered to my house, I took the movie out of the shipping package and looked for external damages. Seeing none, I was about to take it out of the sealed wrapping and happened to spot a notice that the Digital Upload by date was 3 months expired. It went back to the store for a refund the next day. Since then, I have found many movies are being sold this way at Best Buy. Not a good marketing tool.

Charged for Lifetime warranty replacement

My wife took in her phone to have the protective screen cover replaced as it was cracked in several places and has a lifetime warranty. The store was out of the product, so the Best Buy associate ordered a replacement and had it sent to our home. Once received, we took her phone in to have the new protective screen replaced.
Tonight, I found we were charged for the replacement cover. So much for warranted for life.
That make two issues we have had in one day. Very unusual as we rarely have problems with any products.

Had a bad experience with the sales man on the phone I preordered and received on 21 August. Can you tell me what items comes with the phone, especially with the charging system. The manual and the back of the box is impossible to read. I can't find a list of items in the box. Best Buy also doesn't show the contents inside on their website, which is quite unusual. There is no manual to show you how to set it up. I have a very good technical knowledge but some things are new to me and have no way except using trial and error or wait till the next day to call for help at Best Buy or to Verizon where I usually get much more help. Being a long time shopper/purchaser, I will not let an occasional bad experience change my mind in shopping at my favorite big boy toy store.

How can I find out if this will work in my area and what channels I could get
If you are in a city with local tv channels, you will get them PLUS digital channels.

Is this new? I am confused
No. It has been out for several years. I finally bought one recently after getting a 65" 4K TV. I think the original price started at $499.99. I love the better quality video and faster uploads and updates. I am sure the price will drop at least another $100 or more on Black Friday. I am not interested in the upcoming PS5, at least till it has the bugs worked out and the price drops. I see they will have a package deal soon for the PS4 PRO. Keep watching the PRO is available and grab it right away. I picked mine up one evening and got it by only seconds.
