Beyond worth the admission price

I have videos, podcasts, spoken essays, or music going fairly nonstop during my work day. The fact that I don't have to worry about sitting through commercials or waiting a certain length of video before I'm allowed to skip the video is such a wonderful feeling. I can listen to an album without an ad SCREAMING its way into the middle of a song, I can put a sleep mix on without worrying about a commercial throwing off the vibe and waking me up.
If you watch youtube daily o even semidaily, trust me that $9.99 a month is worth the price to relieve of you of these headaches. The new headache in your life will be when a friend wants to show you a video on THEIR phone and now you have to sit through advertisements again.
Also, not surre if this applies to everyone, but for the price of youtube premium I also get google play music, so even if you dont necessarily watch videos all the time, I'm sure your mjusic needs will be met.

I was debating getting this because I had the old Toy Biz Pyro and I didn't think there was enough difference to update him, and I already had a Rogue in her Jim Lee outfit.... BOY am I glad I pulled the trigger. They are BOTH amazing looking figures. Pyro's 2 heads fit the character perfectly and his body harness doesnt get in the way of poseability too badly. Fire effects are dope, too... I love clear plastic. Gone are the days of a solid paint app for fire.
Rogue I thought would be underwhelming but in person she is a BEAUTIFUL figure. I love the smile head and the angry head looks great up close too.
Top that off with package art thats too pretty to throw away and you've got an all around perfect figure set.

I saw this movie in theaters and boy was I worried. Who knew if Kevin Smith had lost his edge or if his humor had become too hokey in this day and age. I can happily report my worries didnt come true. Incredibly funny and fits wonderfully as a sequel to Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. Jason Mews has come a long way and I gotta admit his big emotional moment in the movie got me a bit weepy. If you're a Kevin Smith fan, I be shocked if you were disappointed by this movie.

I was very happy with the recent BAF Apocalypse and hesitated buying this, but since I already started getting the ML AoA figures, I guess I needed this one.
That said, I'm glad I did. The paint on this is striking, I love the shiny metallic look. The heads are both really cool, Im not sure which one I'll want to display. Even the paint app on the skull is impressive.
Decent poseability for a big figure, except for that flippin plastic cape. WHEN are going to get CLOTH capes like the old days?! Yeesh. Any who, the cape is removeable and Apocalypse still looks cool without it.
My only gripe is that the ab crunch is a LITTLE lose, but other than that this is a spectacular figure.

When this season started I was worried that all the emotion that I felt in the previous seasons were a fluke. I don't cry at movies or TV, my wife calls me Mr Robot, but this show has had me sobbing multiple times.
Happy to say that the most current season is still getting me in the feels on a constant basis. The multiple episode "boss fight" had me hooting, hollering, crying, and on the edge of my seat.
This show just gets better and better, I am so so very happy that decided to try an anime out after over a decade hiatus and I took a chance on it because this show is everyhting.

Ignore the bad reviews, this movie ain't as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It's a fun ride for what it is, visually delightful, cool action, great performances. Is this the most perfect comic-accurate movie out there? No, but its definitely one of DC's better offering so far. If you're a comic snob though you might have too many issues with this movie. I'm a comic snob myself but I can accept changes for the most part as long as they stay true to the spirit. They can't all be as good as them fancy Marvel movies amirite. Also, My wife isn't a fan of comic book movies but thoroughly enjoyed this, so there's that.
As for the packaging, awesome. Love the colors of the cover, really glad I went for the steelbook.

Incredible for audio-philes

I've been looking for a set of headphones to hold a candle to my Turtle Beach 800x 7.1 Surround Sound headphones for a long time, and I finally settled on this. While the bass isn't AS rich as the TB800X, it's still incredibly strong. Crisp and powerful, these are gorgeous headphones, worth the money. The only issue I stumbled onto was getting the voice chat to work. Basically long story short, you need to turn the game chat up, and the voice chat down to hear the people you're playing. I guess it makes sense in a backwards kinda way.
The headstrap is INCREDIBLY comfortable, much more comfy than any other over-ear headphones I've owned, and are great for long term sessions. I even forget I'm wearing them.
The noise cancelling is perfect, too perfect. I can't hear a word my wife is saying to me when these are on, which can be awesome... until it becomes dangerous ifyouknowwhatImean. Anywho. If you want the best XBox Headset out there, this is it chief.
