hahaha this is the greatest joke in history.
the answer is NO - 100% NO. my computer is already a day late and customer service via live chat and phone can't pin where the product is aside from "it shipped from warehouse". I was lucky enough to get that information, but of course NO delivery date on when to expect it.
It's asinine BestBuy limits the employees knowledge of their employees so they can only frustrate the customer even more. It's like it is on purpose. 'who knows where it is - you'll just have to sit back and wait. Oh well!"
BestBuy is pathetic, and a loser in the shipping world.
