Junk! Top half no longer respond

Hasn't even been a year and the top half of the screen no longer respond to touches. There is a vertical line on the top half on the right side. The hinge feels crunchy. Never dropped it. Phone still in excellent condition. The center part where it fold is blacked out.
Got 1 month of factory warranty left. Going to see if Samsung will replace or repair it. for a $1000+ phone, it's pretty much junk. This will be one expensive paper weight if samsung doesn't fix it.

The wife saw this in-store for sale and wanted to get it. It is light, sleek, and pretty looking, but besides that it's pretty much garbage. Battery life is not great, does do a good job and cleaning. Just not enough suction power to pick up all debris. Disappointing. Hair gets caught on rollers, but you get what you pay for I guess. For $40 you can get yourself something better.
