not a single scratch

That refrigerator barely fit through the opening even after the door was removed, and they didn't get a single scratch on it. These were actual Best Buy delivery people, not the hired service (which is terrible).
This team was polite, quick, cleaned up after themselves, and answered all questions about the product.

Unfortunately, Best Buy used a delivery service that drilled a screw in at an angle and cracked through brand new cabinets. The issue was never resolved.
The first oven didn't work, so they returned to remove the oven and ended up cracking the cabinet on the other side where the frame meets the cabinet. There should not be a seam visible between the front trim and the cabinet itself (note pic). Again, the issue was never resolved.
They also refused to install the new oven, so I had to pay an electrician. Best Buy refunded the install.
Best Buy and their insurance does not cover repairs when their people don't make the delivery and the delivery service has ignored requests from me and Best Buy to make this right.

We are a family of five adults and after almost 3 months have yet to fill this up. The freezer isn't as large as we need, but we have a separate freezer. The touch buttons for water, ice, etc, are extremely sensitive and switch from ice to water with the slightest brush of the hand.
I like the height-adjustable racks. It holds very tall and very wide items. We happened to fill the top with food from a funeral and it froze the water line. After thawing, it worked perfectly.
I enjoy the chime that lets you know the door was left open.
You do have to open both doors to get to the drawers, but that gives you a long space to use instead of a small drawer on either size.
The doors hold a lot of items and stay cold, plus I like the size and placement of the racks.
It gets fingerprints very easily, but it cleans very easily with stainless steel cleaner.

This is a fabulous cooktop that cooks very well for everything we eat. I love all the different settings on the knobs. I clean it obsessively but it still developed spots rather quickly and it scratches during normal use. It's also difficult to clean around the knobs, which are sturdy and very heavy-duty.

Love this washer, hate the dryer

It's huge and beautiful and gets the job done. I would buy again except the paint chipped off the dryer drum after a couple of weeks and manufacturer doesn't stand behind product. If they don't back the dryer, they won't back the washer should anything go wrong.

Never buy Maytag/Whirlpool again

After Hurricane Harvey, we had to replace everything in our house. Because we needed so many things, I first bought a bottom of the line cheap Amana dryer but never opened it because it took almost a year for the house to be habitable. Because of size, we ended up deciding on this Maytag/Whirlpool dryer and the matching washer.
Best Buy is amazing. If you haven't opened the box, they let you upgrade (even though it had been over 6 months).
Because our area lost so many homes/appliances, there was a wait on deliveries. The dryer was the 1st appliance to arrive. The washer didn't arrive for several more weeks. Of course, we had no need for the dryer without a washer.
Once we used it, right away I had difficulties finding a setting that didn't "sense" dry spots in the sheets/towels and then turn off, thinking everything was dry. VERY annoying to find half-dry garments.
After a couple of weeks, I happened to bend over and look inside to reach for something (it's VERY deep). I found paint chipping away from the drum.
I called Best Buy, they ordered a new drum (no questions asked, just immediately took care of the problem). It arrived with a dent. They ordered a 2nd drum. It came crushed. At this point, they offered to junk the dryer because they kept having to pay for this part. If they gave me a new dryer, it would satisfy my extended warranty and I would have to buy another warranty. They suggested contacting the manufacturer because this was a new dryer and under manufacturer's warranty. They agreed to order a 3rd drum, but it was slightly oval and scraped against the sides when it rotated.
According to Best Buy, the problem in ordering this part is due to the packaging. Nowhere does it say Do Not Stack on the box, so it arrives squashed. Stupid Maytag/Whirlpool (it is the same company now). At this point, Geek squad said use the manufacturer's warranty so I didn't lose my extended warranty by getting a new dryer.
I called Maytag/Whirlpool and was told they'd be happy to send some paint. WHAT!? I explained that it appeared as if the paint would continue to chip and eventually rust the drum (verified by the Best Buy Geek repairman, who said this was definitely a manufacturer defect). Maytag/Whirlpool scheduled their representative but said that paint chipping off the drum could be considered "cosmetic" and would require that I pay $96 for the service investigation visit. Apparently, Maytag/Whirlpool does not stand behind their warranty at all. BTW- the GEEK squad service guy said I should have kept the new Amana dryer, which is what I had for decades before the hurricane. I am done with Maytag/Whirlpool.
