1) The lowest temp available is 34
2) The light is only at the top so if you put drinks on the top shelf, there's potential for the light to be "blocked", thus, making the lower shelves less visible

No, you can't upgrade the RAM as it is soldered on so if you're going to purchase a XPS 13, make sure you purchase it with the RAM you want.
