I had purchased this particular item to replace the "defective" internal HDD in my PS4. I've used many WD products over the years due to their quality and reliability when compared to other units made by other manufacturers and this is no different. The only drawback is that I wished this had more storage than 2TB but for a secondary PS4, 2TB is more than sufficient. Price was reasonable and so far it works with no issues. I highly recommend giving this product a try if you're looking to replace an internal HDD with something that offers reliability and quality.

I had purchased the WD Black 4TB External USB 3.2 Gen Portable HDD for when I needed an external HDD to backup my PS4 and I'm glad I came across this particular item. The price was reasonable and I've predominantly owned Western Digital products for several years when it comes to hard drives as I've learned that they produce some of the most reliable hard drives unlike other brands - at least from my experience anyways. The only I drawback for this is that it isn't a SSD but then again, the price would be even more astronomical if it was. I highly recommend this external HDD if you're looking for something portable, reliable, and affordable.

I had purchased the iFixit Pro Toolkit primarily because I was looking for the necessary tools to change the hard drive on my PS4 and I was tired of looking for my tools in the garage. I was surprised that Best Buy even carried this particular and I'm glad they did because now I have one "box" that contains all the tools I'll need when it comes to electronics surgery. The only drawback I have is the price but then again, I did purchase the pro version so it couldn't be that cheap. Overall, the build quality seems good and the selection of tools in the pro version is great! No, you can't upgrade the RAM as it is soldered on so if you're going to purchase a XPS 13, make sure you purchase it with the RAM you want.
