I bought the Alienware Aurora R7 to replace my 3 year old desktop. It's obviously a huge improvement as would any computer that's 3 years newer. When it comes to gaming, I usually play strategy (e.g. Civilization) so I don't need anything too powerful. Main reason I purchase this was because it was on sale via price-match. Overall, good computer and meets my needs.

In my opinion, I think it'll work as long as your USB is capable of providing enough power to turn on the RGB lighting. If the RGB lighting does work by connecting it to your XBox, you won't be able to customize the RGB lighting since you need to install Corsair's iCUE software to do so.

No, you can't upgrade the RAM as it is soldered on so if you're going to purchase a XPS 13, make sure you purchase it with the RAM you want.
