I like the fact that if you're a TotalTech member, you automatically receive protection on any device(s) you purchase as long as you keep your membership active. I don't like the fact that you need to keep your membership active to keep the 2-year protection and that there is a deductible involved as well. This is my first gaming chair and the only reason I started looking at one was because my boyfriend had one and after sitting in it, I figured it wouldn't hurt to also have one given how much I'm at my desktop PC. Anyways, after some research, I settled on the AKRacing Core Series EX Gaming Chair primarily because it was reasonably priced ($399.00 but price-match to $285.00) and it was actually in stock at one of my local Best Buy stores! I honestly would have preferred something other than black but it's still good nonetheless! Assembly took about 30 minutes (manual w/out power tools) and the instructions were clear. So far, in comparing my gaming chair w/that of my original computer chair (office geared), I'd say the gaming chair is more "comfy" and the bolstering it has definitely helps!

No, you can't upgrade the RAM as it is soldered on so if you're going to purchase a XPS 13, make sure you purchase it with the RAM you want.
