The design is very modern and simple to use, however, my only issue with it is that it doesn't adjust left or right but only up and down (i.e. if you want to adjust it left or right, you have to move the whole unit itself). No, you can't upgrade the RAM as it is soldered on so if you're going to purchase a XPS 13, make sure you purchase it with the RAM you want.
