I attempted to use this washer for the first time after installation and its stuck at 49 minutes on normal wash and just wont do anything further what could be the problem?

When washing on the “normal” cycle, at the end of the wash when it says “done” my clothes is still soaked, is that supposed to be that way? Don’t think it’s normal!

can you set the water level yourself? like...low med large?
No, you cannot set the water level yourself but it does have a high water wash selection that increases the water level.
