They appear to be good quality and were easy to install. They were more expensive than others and came as part of the washer installation fee. Unfortunately the delivery people did not install the washer.

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

When I purchased the washer they indicated they would install the washer and stack my dryer. When the washer was delivered they did not install the washer or stack the dryer indicating that both had to be purchased. This was not clear when I bought and I had specifically indicated that I would need an already owned dryer stacked.

Good options and quiet for the price

We replace the prior model when broke, it was 10yrs old and we owned if for 5yrs. when it stopped working. So far this one is easier to use, has more wash settings and is quieter. We are hoping this one will last longer than the previous one. It is larger, easier to use and quieter than previous Kenmore and Samsung front loads we have owned.
