I purchased my Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2019) during the Black Friday sale, and I couldn't be happier. The product is fairly priced and the quality is very good. The only initial challenge I experienced was slow internet speed. I cleared the cache, and the problem went away. So far, so good....

Fairly priced Ink from HP

Ink is called "liquid gold" for a reason. It is a very high margin product for the manufacturer. Fortunately, HP's 62 ink cartridge isn't terribly priced, and the quality of the ink is very good. Ink is very overpriced, but at least this cartridge isn't at the top of the list.

Why Best Buy....Why

We experienced the worst installation experience possible. The "third party" installation company was completely unprofessional, and they never arrived on time to a single installation appointment. I don't understand why Best Buy continues to use third parties that don't care about the Best Buy brand. I contacted management about the issues, and they were very aware of the challenges. It is time to let the third parties go and bring installation services in-house.

This is my first LG dryer, and so far I'm very pleased with the product's performance. The product is quiet, and the added steam feature is definitely a bonus. The only "con" at this point is the settings are difficult to read because there isn't a backlight. Other consumers have also complained about this problem. Time will tell if this is truly a quality product.

There is more than enough settings (normal wash etc.), and I'm happy to say that the product is relatively quiet. LG scored fairly high in customer satisfaction in a recent survey, and I can see why. The products are fairly priced and they appear to be made well. Time will tell....

I own an R7000 router from Negear, so I decided to also purchase the CM1000 modem from the same company. The setup was easy and the modem is both stable and fast. Please note that the product's firmware is updated by your ISP. My modem initially came with old firmware that needed to be updated by my ISP. I called Netgear to make sure that I had the latest firmware installed after my modem was initiated. Unfortunately, I had to contact my ISP again to upgrade the firmware. Don't miss this important step of the process....

Screen "flashes" and terrible Dell service

This is my third Dell laptop that has a screen "flashing" issues. I have been trying to get the Dell service team to address the issue without success. I've updated the drivers as well as the BIOS and it has not impacted the problem. Buyer beware....
