good but too long

The hoses are fine but they seem way too long for my washer so now I have a bunched of hose coiled up behind my washer. I wish they would have sold me a more properly fitted set of hoses but I wasn't given a choice of length when I bought my washer.

Ok install but not what I expected

The install was fine. They did push out my exhaust vent slightly when they installed the vent kit so I will end up needing to fix that as it now sticks out from my house on the exterior. They also broke a light but it was an accident and they handled it really well & professionally so it was not a big deal.
Overall the install was just ok but seemed a little less professional then I was expecting. But my washer & dryer works so like I said, it was ok.
