Excellent warranty/protection warranty!

I am basing this review on my past experiences with Best Buy Geek Squad dealings. Most appliance warranties are basic and short. These Geek Squad warranties are much more inclusive and save you from often exasperating dealings with the manufacturer. Geek Squad representatives commonly answer even the most obscure questions and never make one feel like they are stupid, lol. More importantly, they cover much more and continue after the manufacturer warranty. In my past experiences, Geek Squad warranties are much more comprehensive and easier to work with than Assurion or Allstate for example. You can only get them f you purchase your covered item from Best Buy buy I find they usually have comparable or lower prices than their competition. Also, they offer price difference rebates if they or someone local puts the item on sale for a lower price Best Buy refunds the difference in price. They just refund the difference!

I purchased these stainless steel hoses at the recommendation of Best Buy. Technically, the old hoses were in great shape but I ordered them anyway to ensure the best installation. The new hoses were a good length and allow for moving the machine to get behind it to clean. Worth it for the peace of mind that everything was new.

My delivery guys used the stainless drain hoses I also purchased. They installed the unit, went over a few quick items with me, ran the machine through a few cycles to see if they worked ok. (not full cycles) They asked me if I had any questions and answered them. They checked for leaks, cleaned up and left. Great job.

My delivery team was amazing! My laundry room is upstairs where there is carpet and then ceramic tile. My downstairs has hardwood floors. I was very impressed at how they removed my Samsung washer and then delivered my new, larger LG. They were personable, polite, professional, very neat and careful! Did I mention Strong? They placed their strap/ two man halter under the old machine and lifted it. They then walked it across my whole upstairs, down the stairs, across my downstairs hardwood floors, down the two steps on my porch, across my yard to the truck and then set it down. They then, using the same halter straps moved my new, larger washer back through the same path up my stairs and through my upstairs to the laundry room. They placed it into the drip pan and hooked everything up. They showed me a few quick things and made sure their hook ups were not leaking and that the machine was working ok. I was so impressed that they never once even rested! Wow! They were in and out in a matter of maybe 15 minutes! I'd buy this service again! No marks or breakage of my tile floors and no scratches or marks from handtruck wheels. Awesome job!

My delivery/haul away guys were very professional, personable, careful, polite, knowledgeable and STRONG! My laundry room is upstairs. I moved everything from their path. They used body straps to move my old Samsung washer out and to bring in my new LG 5.0 Turbo wash front load washer. They placed the straps under the old washer, and stepped into the halter. They lifted the washer completely off the floor and walked it across the upstairs, down my staircase, through my house downstairs and out across my yard to the liftgate on their truck. They never even set it down once! They did the reverse bringing in my new, larger washer and went up the stairs and placed it into my drainpan. It was awesome, no marks across my hardwood floors or tiled bathroom and laundry room! They installed it, ran it through some cycles gave me a quick rundown and were out of there. Excellent job start to finish.

Love my LG!

I purchased this LG 5.0 360 turbo wash as a replacement for my Samsung front load washer. I did a ton of research! This LG checked all the boxes I was looking for in a washer. It has a large capacity yet it supports smaller loads and adjusts accordingly. The 360 turbo wash feature works great and uses way less water than my other washers. The cycle times are also shorter which is nice! It is energy star compliant and is an energy saver. It is extremely quiet. One of my favorite features which has been typically absent from most front load washers is the spin only cycle! Love that! It also allows you to stop the cycle and add items so I don't have to waste a load of water. So far it has been terrific! One thing that I would have liked better is that it is difficult to see the control panel at night as it only lights up what is selected. That is to say, it is not backlighted so choosing what you want is a bit difficult in low light to see your choices. Not a deal breaker but it would have been even better had they made the panel easier to see. The main cycle dial is a turnable knob which is a no-brainer. It gets you to the basic preset cycles, normal, permanent press etc. The control panel really fine-tunes the cycle....like temp adjustments, soil levels, spin levels etc.
