Absolution is the third studio album by the English alternative rock band Muse. It was released on 15 September 2003 in Japan, on 22 September 2003 in the United Kingdom on Mushroom Records and A&E Records and on 23 March 2004 in the United States by East West Records and Taste Media. The album followed up on it's predecessor's diverse musical tendencies and elaborate sound, while also having a more focused and consistent theme and aesthetic throughout. Absolution has a noticeably darker and heavier tone musically, with a lyrical focus on the theological and apocalyptic concepts. The album reached number one in the UK Album Charts. It also yielded the band's first top 10 single hit, with InchTime Is Running OutInch peaking at number 8 in the UK singles chart. In 2009, it was voted by Kerrang! As the second-best album of the 21st century thus far. I know DC has been in question for the quality of their flicks. This particular movie was solid. Not perfect but pretty darn good. You will dig Arther and his meta abilities. The brilliance of color in the H2O pops the screen and makes it even wiser to view.

Vinyl LP pressing. How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb is the eleventh studio album by U2. It was released on 22 November 2004 Much like their previous album, All That You Can't Leave Behind, How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb exhibits a more mainstream rock sound after the band experimented with alternative rock and dance music in the 1990s. The album was produced by Steve Lillywhite, with additional production from Chris Thomas, Jacknife Lee, Nellee Hooper, Flood, Daniel Lanois, Brian Eno, and Carl Glanville. Looking for a more hard-hitting sound than that of their previous album, U2 began recording How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb in February 2003 with Thomas. After nine months of work, the band had an album's worth of material ready for , but they were not satisfied with the results. The group subsequently enlisted Lillywhite to take over as producer in Dublin in January 2004. Lillywhite, along with his assistant Lee, spent six months with the band reworking songs and encouraging better performances. U2 lead singer Bono described the album as Inchour first rock album. It's taken us twenty years or whatever it is, but this is our first rock album.Inch Album Tracks 1. Vertigo 2. Miracle Drug 3. Sometimes You Can't Make It on Your Own 4. Love and Peace or Else 5. City of Blinding Lights 1. All Because of You 2. A Man and a Woman 3. Crumbs from Your Table 4. One Step Closer 5. Original of the Species 6. Yahweh

Limited vinyl LP pressing. Ten is the debut studio album by Pearl Jam, released on August 27, 1991 through Epic Records. Following the disbanding of bassist Jeff Ament and guitarist Stone Gossard's previous group Mother Love Bone, the two recruited vocalist Eddie Vedder, guitarist Mike McCready, and drummer Dave Krusen to form Pearl Jam in 1990. Most of the songs began as instrumental jams, to which Vedder added lyrics about topics such as depression, homelessness, and abuse. Ten was not an immediate success, but by late 1992 it had reached #2 on the Billboard 200 chart. The album produced three hit singles InchAliveInch, InchEven FlowInch, and InchJeremyInch. Album Tracks 1. Once (Remastered) 3 51 2. Even Flow 4 54 3. Alive 5 41 4. Why Go 3 20 5. Black 5 42 6. Jeremy 5 18 7. Oceans 2 42 8. Porch 3 31 9. Garden 4 59 10. Deep 4 18 11. 4 50 12. Limited 180gm vinyl LP pressing. Damn The Torpedoes is the RIAA triple platinum-certified third album by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. Featuring the singles 'Don't Do Me Like That', 'Refugee', and 'Here Comes My Girl'. Tom Petty is best known as the lead singer of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, but is also known as a member and co-founder of the late 1980s supergroup the Traveling Wilburys (under the pseudonyms of Charlie T. Wilbury, Jr. And Muddy Wilbury), and his early band Mudcrutch. Petty has recorded a number of hit singles with the Heartbreakers and as a solo artist, many of which are mainstays on adult contemporary and classic rock radio. His music has been classified as rock and roll, heartland rock, and even stoner rock. His music has become popular among younger generations. My wife wanted her favorite represented on my album wall. The stipulation was I would pick the album. Not just because the music offering was delicious but, the simplicity of the cover felt right.

Limited 180gm vinyl LP pressing. Digitally remastered edition of the second studio album by Metallica, originally released in 1984. The album was recorded in three weeks with producer Flemming Rasmussen at the Sweet Silence Studios in Copenhagen, Denmark. The artwork, based on a concept by the band, depicts an electric chair in the midst of a thunderstorm. The title was taken from a passage in Stephen King's novel The Stand. Although rooted in the thrash metal genre, the album showcased the band's musical maturity and lyrical sophistication. This was partly because bassist Cliff Burton introduced the basics of music theory to the rest of the band and had more input in the songwriting. Instead of relying strictly on fast tempos as on Kill 'Em All, Metallica broadened it's approach by employing acoustic guitars, extended instrumentals, and more complex harmonies. Album Tracks 1. Fight Fire with Fire 2. Ride the Lightning 3. For Whom the Bell Tolls 4. Fade to Black 1. Trapped Under Ice 2. Escape 3. Creeping Death 4. The Call of Ktulu

Vinyl LP. InchBlunderbussInch is White's first official solo album, and it comes five years after The White Stripes' last. In the meanwhile, the man has not sat still he's been making music with The Raconteurs, Dead Weather, Third Man Records, and many others. This solo outfit is quieter than his other endeavors there's gentler blues, softer guitars, and cool touches of the electric piano. There's lots of acoustic, given that Meg is missing at the drums. This album is, if not in so many words, most about divorce each song is tinged with the sadness of failed love and the pain it leaves behind. Even so, it's sweet and full of warm melodies that stay in the mind and heart to stir up as much joy as they do pain. If you're a Stripes continuant, this album should be in your collection. Album Tracks 1. Missing Pieces 2. Sixteen Saltines 3. Freedom at 21 4. Love Interruption 5. Blunderbuss 6. Hypocritical Kiss 7. Weep Themselves to Sleep 8. I'm Shakin' 9. Trash Tongue Talker 10. Hip (Eponymous) Poor Boy 11. I Guess I Should Go to Sleep 12. On and on and on 13. Take Me with You When You Go
