The original psycho film is a classic, and deserves to be seen. I like that this set contains the original 4 films, although they go down in quality and story telling significantly after the 2nd. Still very recommended at less than $20 for the set! The picture quality and sound on these are outstanding as well.
If you are a fan of the Psycho series, I would highly recommend also watching the tv show bates motel as it is very compelling and gives a different take on the show.
Brennan Huff, a sporadically employed thirty-nine-year-old who lives with his mother, Nancy. Dale Doback, a terminally unemployed forty-year-old who lives with his father, Robert. When Robert and Nancy marry and move in together, Brennan and Dale are forced to live with each other as step brothers. As their narcissism and downright aggressive laziness threaten to tear the family apart, these two middle-aged, immature, overgrown boys will orchestrate an insane, elaborate plan to bring their parents back together. To pull it off, they must form an unlikely bond that maybe, just maybe, will finally get them out of the house.

I gave this a 4 star rating, due to the AWESOMENESS of the movie itself. I could watch this 1,000 times and never get tired of it. One of Will Ferrell and John C Reilly's best!
As far as the 4K upgrade, it's passable. This is an upscale, not true 4K. Yes you do get some added brightness and a slight uptick in detail, but unless you can get this at a sub $10 price point, I would skip it.

Edward Norton was a great Hulk. I wish Marvel could have worked out a way to get him to stay and continue his role. I bet he does too as he would have been filthy rich with the amount of money the MCU brings in!
This film is enjoyable. As far as the 4K upgrade, even though this is not "true 4K', and is an upscale of a 2K DPI, there is still a difference of quality that is very noticeable in the picture detail. Also the sound has been upgraded.
If you can get this good popcorn flick on sale during the holidays like I have, it's very recommended!

I'm not a huge anime guy, but I found myself always hearing about Akira, and never having a chance to have watched it. Well I finally got the chance and I am glad I did. There is something about the storytelling back in the 80's that didn't have the structural limits and cultural bindings that today's society has. You can watch this movie and just enjoy it for what it is. A GOOD movie. The blu-ray is great, with good picture and good sound.
Very recommended. If you like Ninja Scroll, you will like this.

While I appreciate DC animation taking a much different approach at the Batman character and universe, the attempt ultimately failed in my opinion. It's different, and at first I was intrigued, but about 20 minutes in I felt myself very quickly bored of the "feudal Japan" storyline and the crappy animation.
I give it props for attempting to be different, but it wasn't my cup of tea.

RUFIO! RUFIO! To admit I have not seen this film since I was a little kid, and had a blast re-visiting it. I believe it was released in 91. I was 6 and enjoyed it very much.
The movie itself is awesome. Seeing Robin Williams brings back sadness of his passing, and how good of an actor he was.
The 4K scan for this is real 4K and not an upscale, so it is well worth the investment.
This set contains all three films from the Wachowski Siblings' The Matrix franchise. In The Matrix, a computer programmer discovers he is the only one able to save mankind from the machines; in The Matrix Reloaded, Neo must protect the Resistance from a rapidly approaching fate; in The Matrix Revolutions, Neo fights to end the war once and for all as the Machines locate the human city of Zion.

The Matrix trilogy will always hold a special place in my heart. The first matrix movie at the time was revolutionary and still holds up well to this day. The 2nd and 3rd and good trilogy fillers, but do not stand up to the quality of the first movie.
Getting to the 4K trilogy set, it's very recommended. Each film is not a 2K upscale. Each film has been re scanned at at least a 4K DI so you see the quality difference.

Avengers Infinity War as a movie is one of, if not THE greatest superhero movies ever made. The build up alone was worth it, and the actual movie did not disappoint!
Unfortunately this review is for the steelbook, and that in itself, is a let down. Marvel/Disney had SOOOO many good promotional pieces of artwork for this film they could have picked, but yet THIS is what they gave us. It just seems wrong. No title at all on the cover, although there is a huge black space on the upper left of the front cover that could have had a title printed there. Also while Thanos is the main bad guy, there are tons of characters that make up this movie, and IMO a group shot of all the characters would have been loads better than this generic picture of floating Thanos in space.
Plus its $34.99 release day price, so there's that as well.
Buy the movie, but SKIP this steelbook. They are bound to re-release a new steelbook with better artwork in the future.

Marvel/Disney has released this, along with the first Avengers film in 4K, on the same day to coincide with the release of the new Avengers Infinity film on 4K and Blu-ray.
This comes in a steelbook that matches the first Avengers 4K steelbook. They look great together, and although Best Buy previously released a 3D steelbook when Age of Ultron came out, this one is the better version. That first release had NO title on the front, or embossing. Only the "A" avengers symbol. Was nice for the time, but this steelbook includes both the title on the front, and embossing which makes it way cooler.
4K on the film itself is a supposed re-scan from a 2K DI, and while not as nice a transfer as the first Avengers in 4K, this is still a solid upgrade.
Price is an issue, but Disney/Marvel continue to gouge customers and we continue to turn over and accept it.

Released on the same day as Avengers Infinity War to tie into the release of the 3rd Avengers film.
This steelbook is highly recommended because it is the first "official" Avengers 4K steelbook released in the US. Just a month or so ago there was a set of Matt Ferguson Art steelbooks released, which included the Avengers, but this artwork fits in better with the overall MCU line.
The 4K picture of the Avengers movie is pretty amazing. Although it was sourced from a 2K DI supposedly, the uptick and detail and colors is very evident in the film.
Only downfall is the price. Come on Disney/Marvel, $34.99 for a new release catalog title is kind of a rip off. Should be $24.99 or less but that's what the market drives nowadays and people continue to purchase at these high prices regardless.
