Universal remotes are saviors WHEN YOU CAN FIGURE THEM OUT. Unfortunately they are breakable and only last so many times when knocked off of the recliner onto the floor (even though it is carpeted). We have been told that this particular unit is no longer in production. Don't know what we will replace it with when it goes to the great universal remote heaven...... SIGH!
