The Gen 4 tuner works great with our Rokus. Unfortunately, our "new" Samsung TV is now old. The Tablo App that supports the 4th gen tuner requires a Samsung to be 2019 or newer. Well, that is why we had the extra Roku.

The hardest part of installing this antenna is climbing the ladder. Thankfully, the antenna itself is not heavy at all.
Assembling the antenna is quick and easy. You will get a better signal if you install it outdoors and as high as possible.
I have an early 2000s HD TV that still had a TV tuner built-in, and I picked up around 70 channels in our metro area.
However, if you plan on using a splitter to get the signal to multiple TVs, then you will want to buy the model with the powered signal amplifier. Initially, I had it plugged into a 4-way splitter and one of the channels was popping up low signal strength errors. As I only was connecting the one TV, I pulled the splitter out of the loop and the issue disappeared, and I picked up a couple extra channels.
The picture is very crisp! And, no monthly cable bills!
