Polite and down quickly

One guy was friendly. The other guy was polite but short. They looked where it was going before they brought it in. They brought it in quickly and hooked it up, started the test feature on the washer, told me to let it finish and took a photo and left.

The delivery dryer said he couldn’t get the fitting off the gas line. He only had one wrench, said he forgot the other at the last customer. I lent him pliers, still no success, I borrowed a wrench from the name, still no success. So he ended up saying someone would call me to reschedule which I ended up finding out was a lie. I would have to call. My condo Maintenance came the next day and had no trouble getting the fitting off. I think he was just lazy and didn’t want to do it. But didn’t mind lying to me and making me sit home another 6 hours to get it installed.
