It never happened, apparently there is no one qualified in this area to install or assemble the exercise bike. So happy we paid for the membership, Not! Good thing it covers all the other things we buy!

I bought this at the recommendation from a friend to use with my Apple TV box. It was fairly easy to set up and start using. It is so much better than having to use 3 separate remotes for my devices now, and if I want I can still add more later. You do have to remember what buttons to push and when to get you to where you want to go, but I'm sure with time it will be like second nature.
I'm having a little trouble with the volume control but I think it just needs some reprogramming. Wish me luck!
