man oh man what a movie

look first off i am going to call out the obvious, this is a low budget movie so the cgi does look a bit spotty at times, and there is one shot that looks a bit spotty. but dont let that push you away from this great movie! it is actually scary! there are jumps cares on this flick, now i hate those but this movie actually gives you the creeps! there are two scenes that actually stick into your head. one of them actually happened in real life so i found it specially chilling because i have the picture on my phone (not mine). towards the end you have to put pieces together to try and figure out what happens... if you dont like those kind of movies then i wouldnt recommend it. but i highly recomend this movie if you're into scary movies (this is not a horror) completely diffrent

lets be honest here, i didnt buy this movie because it was good, hahaha no its not. its just cheesy and goofy but so entertaining.
as soon as i saw iron man here ... i mean robocop flying around in the first trailer i knew the movie was already done being serious haha so i took it as is. the story on paper sounds cool, but executed on screen was not that good.
a group of soldiers/ militia wants robocop and they won't stop at nothing to get him dead or alive. so now the gangs, the cops, and the military is after him. sounds good right? as i said, good on paper, bad on screen.
its alright to watch at least one time, i just bought it for the nostalgia. i grew up watching these movies when i was a kid

great movies for the price of one

the trilogy for a great price! not a bad deal!
the first movie was actually chilling and scary to watch! this movie deserved to be watched in the dark to do it some justice.
the second one was just an ok sequel, and well i still havent seen the third one yet and i dont really care much about it since i saw the trailer it looked weird to me.
but this package alone is good just for the first movie
guillermo del toro always knocks it out of the park when it comes to scary stuff that makes you feel uncomfortable.
if you have no idea about wha the movies are about here is a little recap.
no spoilers of coarse!
so for the beginning, the city has been infested by a large amount of cockroaches and the city is trying to figure out how to take care of them without causing that much damage to the city or releasing chemicals that'll affect people. so they get a group of scientist to get rid of them by by releasing non toxic chemical they made from scratch, so by doing this it took care of most of the cockroach population....BUT, there are a few cockroaches that survived and they mutated to where they mimicked human beings. they grow up to be bigger than 6 feet and have shells that look like human like faces and clothing.
i know i know this probably sounds cheesy but believe me, it actually looks good on the movie. the story is good for what it is, the gore is there and well there aint much more to talk about, you'll have to see the rest to get some closure on the story if you wanna know

what a dark dark movie

man this was such a great film with amazing cinematography. its about drug users and the price they have to pay to keep their lifestyles. then the side story of ones mother going through hell trying to lose weight and by doing so she consumes diet pills taking her down a spiral of crazy hallucinations.
if you guys havent seen this movie yet definitely pick it up and check it out, its just so good you cant go wrong with it

this is my opinion so don't get mad if you seen this and disagree with it.
the whole bootcamp training with vincent donofrio is amazing! its chilling and scary, specially the ending for that first part. then after that the movie kinda goes down in entertainment. you just have a bunch of soldiers straight out of camp thinking theyre badasses and when it comes to confronting others they fear up and act tough. that has been done over and over.
the shots are beautiful tho! the colors on screen really pop out
overall it is a good product

some of the movie has cliche problems but it doesnt take away from it. i saw this when i was a little kid and i didnt really like it or understand it, i was expecting some crazy hauntings and stuff. but the story is simple which i will not spoil here.
this version of the movie looks great with the 4k upgrade!

the more i watched it the more i liked it!
i thought this movie was going to go out with a bang! and i don't mean fun action as it did here! it was good but it couldve been better. i was really hoping for the mandarin to appear, but instead we got a white boy with dragon tattoos that breaths fire thinking he's toothless from how to train your dragon
