why i gave it three stars??? great cast! and gorgeous selena gomez! hah. anyways, the premise of the movie was simple, the planet stopped rotating and starts going backwards which causes a lot of weir stuff happening left and right. the creepiness and the tension start off amazing, theeeennnnn the zombies start talking, yeah....they talk...and they some stupid things. they come back to continue doing the things they loved doing when they were alive. that is where i just lost it.... am sorry this wasn't even funny (even is that is what they were trying to go for) it was just straight stupid. then an alien is involved and.... blah why even bother friends... just wait till its free somewhere

i give these movies all the praise in the world!!!!! shaun of the dead has been my all time favorite movie of all time, horror mixed with humor. about a man that loses touch with his girlfriend and then tries to win her back while in the zombie apocalypse while also his friendship is dysfunctional with ed. great story
hot fuzz, misses action and humor! a cop gets sent to an old small town to look over and pass on his knowledge. it gets outta hand when murders start happening around him and no one actually seems to care at all.
ahhh at a worlds end... sci-fi mixed with....you guessed it, humor of coarse. a group of friends gather back together top finsh an old drinking tradition they used to do when they were teenagers. but when they return to their hometown they start seeing that people didn't age like they did, they all act odd and different. while one is obsessed with the drinking everyone else is trying to figure out who is behind all the weird stuff

man just when i thought they couldn't top the first one they come out with this masterful sequel.
First off what made me love the movie right off the start was that it had jake gyllenhall ( sorry to butcher his name) he is one of my favorite actors. i love how much the movie is pretty much a fake, which by that i mean most of it wasn't real do to mysterios tricks. this flick is very hilarious from start to finish and i am glad to see that the movie finally has a believable love story for spidermonkey
highly recommend this movie to anyone that loves comic book movies.

this is an amazing movie! and like the other reviewer said, it is an artsy movie! this movie is very long and it takes a while for it to do something interesting that'll stick you to your seat. To me this movie is perfect the way it is and i wouldn't change anything about it, its builds itself up but others don't have the patience to wait for that.Please don't trash this movie, don't go in wanting to see something crazy right away, it takes time just be patient. If you liked Asters other movie Hereditary they you're going to like this one as well. it is disturbing and some images are shocking. This talks about the relationship of a guy and his girlfriend who's going through a lot after his parents and sister were in a macabre death (you'll see what i mean). she decides to join her man and his friends to a trip to clear her mind. This is where all the cult stuff start kicking in. everything spirals out of control every day they stay there. i don't want to say anymore because it'll just be a bunch of spoilers. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone that loves horror movies and doesnt mind a slow movie. but it is interesting though.
The ONLY two things i have to complain about this is
1. why in the world wasn't this released in 4k?? mostly everything else coming out this including its counterpart hereditary.
2. and this one is mostly asked.... why in the world didn't they release the extended directors cut??? seriously why???? i did see however that the extended version (which is 27 mins longer taking the movie mostly to 3 hours) is an exclusive to iTunes.
