They are the same type I had on my old machine, so I'm not sure why I had to use them for the new machine.

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

Delivery/setup was easy. They called in advance to say they were 20 minutes away from arriving. Took less than 15 minutes for them to unpack the machine, carry in and make all of the connections. They started it on a quick cycle and left for their next delivery.

Better than expected

I bought this 2 weeks ago. Does a really nice job. Washing part of the cycle is much longer than my old front loader that was 11 yrs old. When running with the turbo option the machine walks. Bought rubber feet and now it is not as bad. The vibration on the floor is not as bad now too. There are more levels of soil than my old machine, as well as water temps. The tune it plays at the end is hilarious.
