Cool lights with a few annoyances

Like other Nanoleaf products, the app and wifi performance can be frustrating. Beyond that, these are pretty cool, especially once you get them up and running. One thing to be aware of - the panels themselves are hexagon shaped, but due to how they're made, they look more like circles when lit up.

Take your Nanoleaf Shapes to the next level with flexible linkers. Create a multi-dimensional design with your panels: bend around corners, stretch the design, mount to angled surfaces, maybe even create something a little radical. Your only limit is your own imagination.

Make sure these are compatible with the Nanoleafs you have (shapes line only). If they are, these can give you some cool creative flexibility - panels that are "disconnected" from others, wrapping around corners or up the wall and onto the ceiling.

If you take a look at review/owner forums for Nanoleaf products, you'll see a pretty common theme regarding the app and ability to stay connected to the lights. That was my experience as well. I have dozens of smart devices, including lights from several other companies, and these are definitely the most finicky when it comes to the user experience - connection drops a lot, app stops responding, resets needed. Also, do yourself a favor - skip the mounting tape that comes with them and get some 3M Picture Hanging Strips.

Fixed constantly dropping Spectrum service
