I added this 5 year protection service for piece of mind on my LG Dishwasher. I already have 1 yr full and 10 yr on the motor by LG. But it does not cover all the in between after the 1st year. Just like any insurance, it's nice to have and hope you don't have to use it, but if you do, you are glad you got it. Repairs out of pocket is very pricey. Just the service call pays the cost of the premiums. Geek Squad will fix it or replace it. Can't go wrong with that.

Had my LG Dishwasher installed. It replaced my 14 year old basic dishwasher. The installer double check the connections and check for level. Also made sure the dishwasher is operational. Ask if I had any questions and answered them. Additionally gave me some pointers/tip on this high end unit and what it can do. I was amazed. Cleaned up everything after install and took all debris with them.

Purchased this LG Microwave on 4/4/2023. It was a direct fit which replaced my worn out 14 year old microwave. I like the 2 fan exhaust fans, but would like to have more light below and in the microwave, but its all good. This LG cooks faster than my old one. Still exploring the settings/options it has. I like the notifications letting you know your food is ready. You can scan a barcode and it will adjust cooking settings for that item. Still have to investigate it. I will update in 1 month. Overall, excellent so far.

This LG Replaced my 14 year old whirlpool dishwasher that came with my house. Got my installed on 4/4/2023. Unfortunately, I did read the manual and the dishwasher works perfect. The top rack is used for utensils and not containers. The 2nd rack is adjustable to accommodate large/tall glass wear, saucers (not flying), and cups. The bottom rack is good for plates and pots. If you are trying to wash a 5 gallon pot... of coarse its not going to fit. Unless you remove the 2nd rack. Position your dishes accordingly and use the proper settings and all is good. If you don't, then it's all you... right? Overall it is an excellent machine. It cleaned stains off dishware like an animal. Still playing around with the numerous settings/options both on the machine and on the useful app. I'll give another update on 1 month of using it.

Had my Insignia 4.5 Washer and 7.5 Dryer delivered and installed for Free. Of course I has to purchase new power cord and vent hose for the dryer and stainless steel water lines for my washer. The best thing is that it was all done in under 1 hour of installing the washer and dryer. They geek squad agents are super friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They made sure I knew how to operate the washer and dryer before leaving.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

i bought a new TV and mount, as well as the geek squad 56" & Above TV Connect & Mount package, and the haul away. the TV to be hauled away and the old mount are still installed on the wall. do they need to be taken off?
I do believe when they haul it away, they take the item down, off, uninstall and such. I had Refrigerators, stove, dishwasher uninstalled and haul away and the new appliance installed in their place. But with any advise, it would be an good idea to call Geek Squad to verify the haul away procedure. Hope this helps.

Well, for the most part I would think the answer is NO. Due to the fact that the installers schedule is tight as it is and if they can do it within 1 stop, that will benefit everyone else. Else if everyone does this... can you image when your installer might come by? It only makes sense.
