Only been using it about a week, but works good so far. Also have had good luck with the Insignia (Best Buy) brand cables for our iPhones. Hopefully these new Best Buy Essentials brand cables will hold up as well!
Not as flexible as the “braided” cables that I have, but this one only stays along the edge of a desk and doesn’t need to be coiled up to be stored in a bag for transport. So, it works well for this purpose!

You do not really get an instant reading. We grilled up some 3/4” thick pork chops the other day on our gas stove, and found that it took between 10 to 30 seconds to reach the maximum temperature. But, it does seem to be more accurate and reads quicker than our old analog/dial meat thermometer!

NOT a Mac specific keyboard...

Originally wanted this black color for use with my MacBook Pro. It did pair and work right out of the box without any problems. It just did not have the specific Command keys and layout for Mac computers... Which I did not notice until I unboxed and started using it!
Apparently only the white one is the Mac specific keyboard... Which still looks good on my desktop.
Also, it was in-stock at my local Best Buy. So, I was able to return the black Windows one without having to deal with shipping it back... and get the white Mac one to exchange it with no problems!

Great Keyboard for Mac!

I've had this keyboard for over a month now and works great!
The feel of the keys is just right for me... just enough feedback without being too loud. I often use the numeric keypad and that works great too!
Worked right out of the box at night without any prior charging in sun or a bright light. It is set up by a westward facing window, but I have the blinds closed during the day, and even though I use this mostly at night with low light (that gives me a sad face on the charging indicator)... It has never run out of charge!
I haven't had any of the "major" problems that other reviewers complain about. Hopefully that will last.
It would be nice to have an indicator showing that the Caps Lock is on, and maybe backlit keys...
But, not having a light on the Caps Lock is not a big deal. Also, I can type and know 10-key by touch. So, not having backlit keys is not a deal breaker either.
Plus, having this in-stock at my local Best Buy, on sale for only $39.99...
Makes this definitely a Great Keyboard for Mac!!!
