Quality Control issues, slow handling of repairs

The T.V. we received had visible LED boxes in the back of the screen, which became increasingly evident as the T.V. warmed up. I contacted Hisense, and they proceeded to ask for bits and pieces of information over the course of a month before finally authorizing a replacement. The replacement T.V. we received was a refurbished T.V., and while the light boxes are not as evident, are still visible on one side of the screen. (different side than the first t.v. had)

It is important to note that the ifit service is free for the first years but costs 15 a month after that. Also, the bluetooth capability let's you play media to the treadmills speakers, but not the workouts to your headphones

Will this treadmill still work if I chose not to renew the iFit subscription? Or will many of the useful features be crippled with frequent messages telling me to renew?
You can still use the treadmill, the workouts will be disabled so you can only use the manual functions
